By accessing or using Sprout Play ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sprout Play provides screen-free activity suggestions for children ages 3-8. The Service includes both free and premium subscription tiers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Sprout Play Plus is available as a monthly ($3.99) or annual ($24.99) subscription. By subscribing:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Sprout Play. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Sprout Play are owned by Sprout Play and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Activity suggestions are for informational purposes only. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children during all activities and ensuring age-appropriateness.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sprout Play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
